One arrested with stolen scooter

Imphal: A team of Imphal West Police commando arrested one vehicle lifter who was coming by riding one Honda Dio scooter at Nambul River Bank near Impact TV Office building on Monday.
The vehicle lifter was Md. Nawaj Sarif, 36, son of late Md. Fasheuddin of Sangai Yumpham Cherapur Mayai Leikai, Thoubal district.
He revealed that the recovered Honda Dio was stolen by him from PWD vehicle parking side on Monday.
Along with the scooter the police recovered one Master Key.
The arrested person and the seized articles were handed over to City police station for necessary action.
