One Poppy cultivator nabbed

Imphal: Senapati Police of Manipur arrested a poppy cultivator on February 28 from upper Kamson village.

The arrested cultivator was identified as R.S. Timon, 38, son of Ng. Shill.

Two teams of Senapati Police station nabbed him at 1:30 am from his residence. He was produced before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Senapati and was remanded into police custody for four days.
